Once you have decided to commission us we will adhere to the following:-

Payment

In order for work to start a negotiated deposit is required.  On completion of all work you will be provided with an invoice for payment within 7 days.  Payment should be made with cash, personal cheque or postal order to 'Ian Maxwell' and sent to the address above.   You will be issued with a receipt of payment.

For our Family History Courses a cheque should be sent with a completed registration form.

For payment by overseas customers, we will negotiate the best method of payment for you.

If payment is not received, we reserve the right to place the outstanding sum with a debt collection agency which may result in additional costs.
